CBS Television Stations consists of 29 owned-and-operated stations, including 16 that are part of the CBS Television Network, eight affiliates of The CW Network, three independent stations and two MyNetworkTV affiliates. Motivate-Coordinate-Lead WJZ-TV sales teams in closing digital business and meeting digital budgets and goals. Work closely with local, national and new business development managers and their teams to insure their overall goals are met, as well as, the ability, as the digital manager, to develop accounts on their own and be responsible for handling a separate list.
1 to 3 years extensive hands on sales experience selling digital advertising. Successful track record of identifying and closing new digital business. Candidates should have proven history of leading successful sales teams and working in collaboration with other departments internally. Great previous relationships working with Digital Managers at agency level and direct business in Baltimore market a plus. Must also be proficient handling the optimization and successful completion of advertising campaigns.
Highly collaborative, high energy and extremely motivated team player. Hands on sales professional with proven digital track record. Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities; well connected to the local digital advertising buying community. Ability to close business both with agencies and directly with digital clients.
