CBS Radio Boston is looking for part time producers/board operators. Candidates must be available to work overnights, weekends and holidays. Responsibilities include producing all on air transitions, playing all songs, commercials and production in accordance with all FCC & CBS Radio’s policies and regulations, assisting listeners with information, and producing segments for programming and commercial production departments. Experience with Audiovault & Vox Pro preferred. Qualifications include at least 1 year experience with radio producing and some experience with remote broadcast producing and commercial production. High school diploma required, college degree with an emphasis media related communications preferred.
QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum 2 years previous experienced preferred; familiarity with station format required. Must be able to perform with little supervision; familiarity with FCC rules and regulations preferred. High school diploma required; college degree in media-related major preferred.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
Responsible for running broadcast board inclusive of digital editing, recording and maintaining network feeds.
Protects the company’s FCC license.
May be required to perform light production work
Other duties as required by management.
