DESCRIPTION:

WDOK/WKRK/WNCX/WQAL are looking for a professional, detail oriented individual who has exceptional organizational and computer skills to support Sales Managers, Sales Staff, act as a liaison between Account Executives and clients when appropriate, and to perform other such duties as may be required for the efficient operations of the stations. This position will have a focus on Digital and Live Events execution. Ideal candidate is energetic, efficient and capable of multi-tasking in a lively fast paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

*Create sales presentations by compiling data, developing presentation formats and materials

*Create and/or maintain all sales packages, one-sheets, media kits and monthly, quarterly data

*Create ad campaign recaps for client review

*Assist with creating digital mock-ups and banner ads

*Assist as the back up for station print marketing materials and web elements

*Assist with preparing proposals and promotions

*Interact closely with the Traffic Department to ensure smooth execution of sales orders and tracking of sales data

*Act as station liaison for cluster national sales team

*Set up and confirmation of national orders and commercial schedules

*Interact with CBS national sales representatives to coordinate and assist in promotion execution

*Perform general administrative duties for sales management and sales department

*Schedule and implement various digital assets to ensure proper delivery as well as provide reports and affidavits showing campaign results.

*Communicate frequently with Advertising Operations team in NY to manage campaigns

*Work with AEs, clients, and outside creative agencies to gather all required creative material.

QUALIFICATIONS:

The right candidate will be a team player who takes initiative with excellent written and verbal communications skills. All employees are expected to bring a positive attitude to the work place and be cheerful, cooperative and productive and to perform other such duties as may be required for the efficient operation of the stations. To perform this job successfully, you must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

In addition, the right candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) with the following skills: data entry, reporting, graphic design and digital product understanding. The position requires a clean/valid driving record, vehicle insurance, dependable transportation and availability to work occasional nights or weekends.
