ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
Create/type/layout sales presentations in Word and/or PowerPoint.
Create and/or maintain all sales packages, one-sheets, media kits and monthly, quarterly data
Write up orders, discrepancies, promotion request, POs, and merchandising request
Develop recaps with the account executives for integrated campaigns
Assist in the execution of large integrated campaigns
Assist with creating digital mock-ups and banner ads
Interact closely with the Traffic Department to ensure smooth execution of sales orders and tracking sales data
Schedule and implement various digital assets to ensure proper delivery as well as provide reports and affidavits showing campaign results
Work with AEs, clients, and outside creative agencies to gather all required creative material
Deal with clients in professional manner and handle problems.
Support sales promotions and sales projects.
Review sales orders and contracts.
Other responsibilities as assigned by management.
Provide clerical support functions for Account Executives and Sales Managers.
The right candidate must be a team player who takes initiative with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must have a positive attitude and be a team player. In addition, the right candidate:
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office(i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point) with the following skills: data entry, reporting, Photoshop, graphic design, internet research
Must be professional and a proven team player with customer focus
Familiarity with Solbright, DART, ANDO, and Google Analytics, Digital Media, and Metrics a plus
Previous radio experience preferred
