Heavy scanning and uploading of all licenses handled by the licensing group into the music database. Liaison between other departments in filing of the licenses and retrieving licenses or back up documentation for review.
Assisting the licensing group in sending/mailing check requests, licenses, cue sheet and other various tasks as needed.
Responsible for compiling partially executed licenses spreadsheets to coordinate return of fully-executed license.
Miscellaneous special projects as assigned by the EVP, Business Affairs or Director, Music Licensing or others on an as needed project by project basis.
The candidate should be highly organized, detail oriented, self starter with proficiency in Word, Excel, and Access.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
Knowledge of other computer applications preferred.
1-2 years music experience a plus.
