CBS Studios International is the leading supplier of programming to the international television marketplace, licensing to more than 200 markets in more than 60 languages across multiple media platforms. Coordinator will work from the Marketing Department, under the supervision of the Director, Website Administration for CBSSI.com. The main focus of duties will be servicing our clients with contractual materials such as formatted episodic metadata. In addition, coordinator will also maintain & update files in anticipation of requests and add servicing files to CBSSI.com.
Primary duty of the position will be to fulfill client requests for episodic metadata that conform to specific formatting requirements (XLS or XML).
Create standardized spreadsheets of episodic metadata for television programs
Format and send metadata to SVOD and EST client in their requested format, usually Excel files or XML
Assemble metadata in requested languages
Track and request episode titles from international offices
Research via the web regarding in territory airings of series
Maintain templates for all clients delivery requirements
Create and send avails to clients as needed
Format & add Episodic Synopses with metadata for series to CBSSI.com
Cross-train & provide vacation relief for Document Servicing Coordinator position
Coordinate & track airdates for series and delivery dates for clients
Familiar with Microsoft Excel as data storage
Familiar with creating, updating, QC, importing and exporting XML files
Comfortable working with other language text (even if you aren’t fluent with that language)
Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Filezilla, Aspera
