DESCRIPTION:

The primary function of this role is to motivate, assist and communicate tasks to the telemarketing team, as well as ensuring the quality of leads generated. The primary KPIs are ability to motivate the telemarketing team as well as overseeing lead generation campaigns and running accurate quality control over corresponding leads generated. Success is measured by how effectively issues can be resolved for agents on differing campaigns, the final quality over all deliverable leads, as well as channeling enthusiasm and energy into motivating telemarketers.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

Traffic and build lead generation campaigns:

○ Build, Setup, and track campaigns

○ Export and compile lead transfers to the Sales team

○ Create script corresponding scripts for the agents

Assist with agent hiring and development:

○ New Hire training: Role playing, side by side, assistance with system familiarity

○ Campaign training: Brief and train Telemarketing teams to execute against elements of the campaign plan

○ Ongoing training: Review leads and coach telemarketers in areas of improvement

Keep the Telemarketing team motivated and look for new ways of boosting the team’s productivity

Lead and nurture agents in a 1-1 setting if required

Monitor live and recorded calls for training and coaching purposes to ensure accuracy and quality leads across all campaigns
