CBS Radio's Miami market seeks a Project Manager for its Live Events and Experiences. The ideal candidate must be able to handle several projects simultaneously and have the ability to drive projects to completion with an emphasis on hitting deadlines. Community event production and execution, print and media buying/negotiations, press coverage coordination and government public educational outreach experience preferred. Working evenings and weekends may be required based on project deadlines. BA preferred.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
Develop platforms with the Sales and Marketing managers to assist Account Executives to increase non-traditional revenue opportunities.
Compile client specific research, using RAB, Qualitap, Tapscan and other CBS Radio research tools.
Build sales presentations outlining specific client needs analysis/outreach.
Attend concept and brainstorming meetings, providing creative input and feedback.
Solicit bids from various vendors/contractors to perform services, per the needs of our clients.
Maintain detailed recaps on client project deliverables.
Manage projects from inception to completion, inclusive of set up, staffing, deliverables and execution.
Minimum 5 years work-related experience. Marketing and promotions background preferred. Must have excellent people and resource management skills.
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
