The intern will be a liaison with the marketing team and work with them in opening jobs. The intern will open jobs using File Maker, set-up briefs, brief-in projects and do briefing notes. He/she will also work with the project management and production teams to create schedules and estimates for each project. The intern will work with creative to ensure that the tactics being developed adhere to the brief and are on time and budget. He/she will then set-up the presentation or present the creative to the marketing point person and work with that point person to ensure the project meets all of the marketing needs as outlined in the brief, as well as comes in on time and budget.



  • Current undergraduate student (rising junior or senior)

  • Strong interest in Cable/Entertainment Industry

  • 2.50 GPA or above

  • Submission of a cover letter - required

  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills

  • Exceptional attention to detail

  • Ability to work at least 35 hours/week for 8 weeks from 6/12-8/4

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment under deadlines

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Ability to work and prioritize work assignments

  • Able to provide administrative support as needed


  • Cable television experience a plus

  • Active participation in extracurricular activities; clubs; and/or associations. Leadership positions while maintaining an above-average GPA, a plus

Prior internship experience in a related field, a plus
