CBS Sports Digital, the #2 sports web property from Sept-Nov 2016 comscore and #1 fastest-growing top 10 sports site of 2016, is seeking a Coordinator to join the Integrated Marketing (Sales Marketing) team in New York.

The ideal Integrated Marketing Coordinator is organized, energetic and a creative thinker who will support and work across the Integrated Marketing team with a focus on the fast-growing and ever-changing platform of Social. The coordinator will also support multimedia and multiplatform sponsorship opportunities that involve CBS Sports Television and/or other CBSi digital properties. The Integrated Marketing team is responsible for working hand-in-hand with Sales to develop best-in-class marketing solutions, focusing on sponsorships and high-impact media. Integrated Marketing also cultivates relationships with internal groups such as Editorial/Programming/Video, Product, Consumer Marketing and Ad Operations while exploring external vendor partners who can enhance sponsorships through cutting-edge creative and technology solutions.

This position reports to an Integrated Marketing Manager in NY.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage delivery of social sponsorship programs from start to finish. Work closely with many groups across CBS Sports including: Editorial/Video - to manage video assets and schedules; Sales - to secure client assets and any necessary approvals; Social - to ensure campaigns launch on time and deliver in full

  • Once a social program launches, optimize by coordinating any necessary adjustments across various teams

  • Provide reporting on any/all relevant metrics for social campaigns for clients, and continuously evolve these metrics as the social platforms evolve

  • Assist with paid marketing campaigns across platforms like Facebook and YouTube

  • Create comprehensive wrap reports for clients for social campaigns

  • Manage monthly social tracking reports for our accounts, monitoring and analyzing any trends or growth over time

  • Keep an updated tracking of the sports social competitive marketplace (TV and digital) in order to understand what our competitors are doing, where clients are spending their ad dollars and what unique executions are running on various channels, sites, and apps

  • Assist with campaign management for CBS Sports Digital brands - MaxPreps and the Official College Athletic Sites

  • Assist with multimedia initiatives tied to TV (CBS Sports broadcast and CBS Sports Network) and initiatives across the broader CBS Interactive organization with other business units (Entertainment, News, Chowhound, etc). Responsibilities could include but are not limited to: assisting with creation of new sponsorship packages, managing tracking documents of in-market packages, execution and delivery of sold campaigns and competitive research.


  • College Degree with minimum 2 years experience in social, digital media, or relevant marketing or analytics field
