CBS Sports Network is looking for an Ad Sales Assistant to provide sales support to VP of Ad Sales, Director of Pricing & Planning, Account Executives and Sales Planners.
Be a point of contact for the advertising agency counterparts. This includes handling requests for flighting, revisions, allocations, and added value clips.
Process all client orders insuring that they are in approved weekly programming and compliant with all client requirements.
Handle program and commercial changes and issue change notices to clients.
Work with Account Executive and the Sponsorship department on promotional assets, material deadlines, and approvals.
Work closely with Commercial Operations to ensure spots are trafficked and submitted for approval.
Work with finance and collections to reconcile billing discrepancies with agencies and billing department.
Perform other administrative tasks as directed by VP of Sales, which includes, but not limited to: booking travel, expenses and shipping needs
One to two (1-2) years of media experience.
Proficiency on Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Power Point, and Excel)
