The Sales Coordinator will support and work with 110 Commission Gift Sales Reps in the specialty retail gift market for all S&S and distribution clients. The sales coordinator will answer any product questions, track orders, execute new account paperwork and create marketing/sales materials for sales reps. The sales coordinator is responsible for running monthly commissions reports, working on open orders and recodes. They will also coordinate mailings of book samples to showrooms and sales reps/accounts. The sales coordinator also provides support to Gift Rep Director with preparation of vendor/sales meetings and Gift Shows. They attend the bi-annual NY Gift shows.
Highly motivated, detail oriented and organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task to meet deadlines. Works well in a fast paced environment and serves as liaison between various departments. Computer skills are a must and candidate should be familiar with Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. One year of office experience, publishing experience preferred.
