CBS EcoMedia is searching for an energetic, detail-oriented and organized Senior Sales Coordinator based in the New York office. The individual will provide support to the Directors, VP and SVP of Sales in all day-to-day functions. They will also serve as a liaison between the Sales and National Programs team acting as a facilitator between the two to gather requirements from each side and prepare sample project proposals and client presentations in PowerPoint.


  • Research company initiatives prior to sales meetings and collaborate with Program and Sales team to create pitch decks

  • Collect content from internal and external sources including clients and agencies to create case studies

  • Coordinate media and project event details among internal stakeholders, stations, agencies, and clients

  • Update Salesforce as needed, including correspondences, contacts, meeting details, etc.

  • Provide other administrative tasks and account support as required

  • Special projects as assigned



  • Bachelor's degree (emphasis in Marketing, Communication or Advertising preferred)

  • 1-2 years experience in a sales support role (i.e. Sales Assistant or Sales Coordinator)

  • Advanced proficiency with MS PowerPoint; experience with Excel

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload within in a fast paced, time-sensitive environment

  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal communication

  • Ability to learn and navigate all other internal software (Salesforce, SlideRocket, Cloud storage programs, etc.)

  • Ad Agency or Media company experience a plus
