CBS EcoMedia is searching for an energetic, detail-oriented and organized Senior Sales Coordinator based in the New York office. The individual will provide support to the Directors, VP and SVP of Sales in all day-to-day functions. They will also serve as a liaison between the Sales and National Programs team acting as a facilitator between the two to gather requirements from each side and prepare sample project proposals and client presentations in PowerPoint.
Research company initiatives prior to sales meetings and collaborate with Program and Sales team to create pitch decks
Collect content from internal and external sources including clients and agencies to create case studies
Coordinate media and project event details among internal stakeholders, stations, agencies, and clients
Update Salesforce as needed, including correspondences, contacts, meeting details, etc.
Provide other administrative tasks and account support as required
Special projects as assigned
Bachelor's degree (emphasis in Marketing, Communication or Advertising preferred)
1-2 years experience in a sales support role (i.e. Sales Assistant or Sales Coordinator)
Advanced proficiency with MS PowerPoint; experience with Excel
Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload within in a fast paced, time-sensitive environment
Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal communication
Ability to learn and navigate all other internal software (Salesforce, SlideRocket, Cloud storage programs, etc.)
Ad Agency or Media company experience a plus
