CBS-3/CW Philly is looking for a creative individual with the drive and desire to join our CBS Television’s Digital Sales Department. In the role of Digital Sales & Marketing Coordinator, you will work hand-in-hand with the Digital Sales Manager and the local TV sales team in planning and executing digital, mobile and social advertising campaigns. You will have the ability to help local businesses grow by utilizing CBS Local’s unique set of digital marketing products in combination with our powerful TV asset - by assisting in the development of new revenue opportunities, maintenance of new/existing campaigns and organizing digital sales efforts.
Customize digital sales proposals and presentations
Online order-entry and management of digital campaigns and fulfillment
Submit online campaign creative and track pacing in DART For Publishers
Work with CBS creative services team on production of digital campaign assets
Act as liaison with client’s graphic art teams
Manage creative process for display and video ads including resizing, editing, digitizing, and producing video in-banner creative
Coordinate sold social media campaigns and contesting
Work with marketing team to maintain accurate digital media kits
Support sales teams in developing sponsorships around major CBS initiatives and manage availability
(NFL Football, College Basketball, Grammy Awards, etc)
- Assist TV marketing teams in developing integrated media campaigns
Knowledge of the digital & television media business.
Excellent graphic design skills
Exceptional organizational and time management skills - and ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple projects at once
Excellent listening and presentation skills.
Proficient on all Microsoft Office products, with an emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel.
Understanding of Operative, Google Analytics, DART for Publishers, comScore, Scarborough, Adobe Creative Suite CS, Wordpress and other web related applications a plus.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in advertising/digital media field.
Dedicated and driven work ethic, excellent written and verbal communication skills, outstanding computer skills, and a desire to thrive and grow within a fast-paced and highly detailed sales environment.
