DESCRIPTION:

The Order Management QC and Reporting Specialist role is responsible for the creation, review and analysis of reporting for the Order Management department.Timely and efficient quality control through reporting, manual QC’ing of orders, Account and Title Maintenance functions. Maintaining systems and table updates for the Discount Matrix, Title Hierarchy and Order Restrictions.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Understand company policies, standards and customer requirements

  • Translate customer requirements, including special discounts and pricing completely and accurately

  • Assure all necessary approvals for overrides were secured

  • Daily, weekly, and monthly department reporting - run, analyze and distribute as required (order processing, work orders, claims, etc.)

  • Provide ad hoc reporting to management when needed

  • Review multiple QC reports for inaccuracies/anomolies

  • Create and run macros as needed for all departments

  • Communicate issues and concerns to management

  • Provide backup for Account and Title Maintenance

  • Communications with various departments in Riverside, NY, Parsippany and CBS IT, as well as Sales and external customers

  • Maintain table for Order Restrictions (selling rights)

  • Create and maintain the Title Hierarchy

  • Discount Matrix (meet comps, TOS changes/additions)

  • Provide documentation for audits as required

  • Document processes and procedures for systems

  • Quality control review of manual orders, Accounts and Title set up / updates and input errors into database daily

  • Perform QC report functions as required and update sign off sheet, distribute to OP management on a weekly and monthly basis

  • Maintain all reviewed reports and signoff documents on drive

  • Prep and process all spreadsheet for macros

  • Other duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required knowledge and experience:

  • Analytical ability in relation to our Order Processing / Order management systems.

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Flexible

  • Excellent data entry skills

  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Software/hardware experience (outlook, excel, word, access etc.), Internet, UOPS, SAP Order Management, Inventory Management, Reservation System, Cognos & SQL..
