San Diego’s Energy 103.7 is looking for fresh, energetic, experienced full time air talent.
Responsibilities include the performing live broadcasts that are entertaining and compelling; monitoring the music and commercial logs for the air shift; ensuring that promotions and contests are executed properly; operating the control board; doing production work; protecting the station's FCC license; making personal appearances at station events and remote broadcasts, posting to station’s social media

Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years experience on-air with a demonstrated track record. The successful candidate is creative, passionate about the music, and a strong working knowledge of audio equipment necessary for on-air and production execution, including on-air digital systems such as Audio Vault. Excellent communication, voice and phone skills, and knowledge of the CHR format and audience are a must.
Preferred: Adobe Audition, Pro-Tools knowledge a plus.
