The CBS Interactive CNET Media Group division includes the category defining brands ZDNet and TechRepublic. This position is responsible for maintaining and building the territory’s advertising revenue and exceeding, where possible, revenue goals for CBS Interactive's CNET Media Group division. The AM will work in collaboration and with direction from his/her Account Executive; to drive sales, maintain, and service existing accounts. Creating and reviewing sales reports, campaign reports and sales forecasts. Developing strong client relationships through email/phone communications and entertainment.

Grow territory/account revenue to meet and exceed revenue goals
Build RFP proposals and make recommendations
Help with the development of account and territory strategies for long term revenue growth
Work with AE to create roadmaps for key accounts
Coordinate with AE in resolving territory maintenance issues
Work with AC to ensure that campaigns are successful
Accurate and timely communication to manager of all relevant information regarding revenue and/or advertiser relationships
Complete regular call reports to update sales management on account activity

1-2 years of high tech advertising sales experience
1 year of on-line sales preferred
Outstanding telephone skills
Demonstrated analytical ability
BS/BA degree or equivalent training and experience required
Proven sales and account service achievements
Must successfully pass a background check
