We are looking for a new team member who thrives in a high-tech, digital marketing environment who will provide leadership, creativity and efficiency to all operational elements of the revenue initiative launch process. Our ideal candidate can lead a distributed project team from start to finish. You know what it takes to manage large and complex projects, involving multiple stakeholders and a diverse team of collaborators. You have a mastery of both agile and traditional frameworks know when to use each for the best results. In this role you own our key revenue initiative launches by partnering with key stakeholders in our organization that include Product Management, Engineering, Product Marketing and Ad Operations to help us exceed our revenue goals.
Work with key stakeholders to execute and operationalize our key revenue initiatives such as new ad monetization project launches, ad optimizations, page redesigns including layouts/formats.
Scope project details
Organize project teams and estimate timeframes for deliverables
Manage and document daily stand-ups
Build/manage project schedule
Communicate status internally and externally across multiple departments and stakeholders including senior leadership
Identify blockers and resolve issues
Provide daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly progress updates
Revise schedule based on workflow and communicate new revisions to wider team
Aid in our transition to a more agile/scrum development process
Primary point of contact within our agile process for ad monetization
Agile Monetization Pod focused on quarterly revenue initiatives
Launch of key initiatives that impact entire portfolio
Video monetization improvements
Mobile monetization improvements
Ad Viewability optimization
Native Ad integration
What you bring to the team:
You have -
Bachelor’s degree - concentration in business or technical fields
Minimum 2+ years working in similar project management or business operations role
Extensive experience working in digital marketing or interactive space
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with experience working with diverse clients
Ability to problem solve and provide recommendations in team environments
You are a great multitasker and have a successful track record in hitting deadlines in a fast paced environment
You might also have -
Project Management certification
Prior people management experience
Familiarity with advertisers and monetization
