DESCRIPTION:

This position reports into the Manager, Sales Administrative & Legal Services and is tasked with assisting the Vice President and Manager of a very active department that processes and manages all of the syndication agreements and data for all CTD-distributed programs and supports CTD Sales.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain physical copies of syndication contracts (40,000+ files)

  • Prepare and Process Syndex and distribute to clients

  • Follow up with stations regarding outstanding amendments and other documents; resolve any issues

  • Field document requests and agreement inquiries from sales offices and clients

  • Coordinate communications between sales people and legal to process deal changes

  • Support two Vice Presidents with special projects; input data and coordinate audits

QUALIFICATIONS:

Qualifications and Education Requirements:


A strong attention to detail is required, along with the ability to multi-task in a time-intensive, demanding environment


Must be a team player and possess excellent communication skills, verbal and written

Preferred Skills:


A college degree from an accredited school


A good work history and excellent references are necessary


Filing experience a plus(1 year min.)
