DESCRIPTION:

Oversee, structure and negotiate a wide variety of deals in connection with the development and production of unscripted programming.

Negotiate and draft agreements for rights acquisition, above the line talent and licensing and distribution.

Work with various internal departments in the deal-making process.

Responsible for business affairs issues on current programs and the effective and timely communication with internal departments and producers in connection with such programs

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required: JD required

Preferred: Minimum of five years of Legal and/or Business Affairs experience within the entertainment industry.

Strong analytical and writing skills.

Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple high priority projects with attention to detail.

Professional, confident, demeanor and a team player.
