Assistant to the EVP of Business Affairs is responsible for managing all phones and scheduling for EVP as well as coordinating and scheduling all department meetings. The assistant will also be responsible for maintaining and updating all reference materials for EVP, including series, pilot, and development binders. Assistant will maintain updated negotiator assignment lists for pilots, series, and term deals. Assistant will coordinate meetings with internal and external attendees and will maintain vacation calendar for the department. Assistant will function as a liaison with other departments and maintain updated copies of their internal weekly and monthly reports. Assistant will distribute all TPA’s and Financial statements as requested by EVP and also distribute and maintain records of all package agreements sent out in connection with overall deals and development projects.
Required: Previous assistant experience
Strong organizational skills
Great attention to detail
Ability to work well in a team
Preferred: Previous business affairs experience
