We seek a professional Sr.Talent Acquisition generalist with a demonstrated track record managing a high volume portfolio. The individual will have the skills to blend "old fashion recruiting" techniques with new technology methods to ensure that a search is conducted with a sense of urgency and the pool of referred applicants are the best and brightest.

The individual will;

Fully learn and understand the various business units within your recruiting portfolio while building relationships with hiring managers and HR Business Partner

Partner with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process, including intake, sourcing talent, cold calling, evaluating and vetting candidates, and presenting offers

Educate/coach hiring managers on available talent pool, recruiting best practices and their role in the process

Participate in the development and implementation of the continually evolving Talent Acquisition strategy and program

Design and execute sourcing and recruiting strategies including building effective networks and relationships within the industry to create an on-going pipeline of top, qualified candidate

Sell our employment brand and job opportunities

Ensure compliance with hiring policies, practices and company values

Compile and communicate recruiting status and metrics on a regular and ongoing basis


Ideal candidate will have a blend of agency/search firm and corporate recruiting experience with a proven track record in high volume recruiting for a minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience

Must have demonstrated success in the "hunt" or "dig" for candidates across all functions

Must be a strong relationship builder skilled as a consultative professional Knowledge of federal, state and local laws governing employment polices and practices

Organizational skills and project management experience

Ability to multitask, adapt to change and achieve results in a fast-paced environment

Bachelors degree or equivalent training and experience
