CBS Television Stations consists of 29 owned-and-operated stations, including 16 that are part of the CBS Television Network, eight affiliates of The CW Network, three independent stations and two MyNetworkTV affiliates. Among its stations are WCBS-TV and WLNY-TV (New York), KCBS-TV and KCAL-TV (Los Angeles), WBBM-TV (Chicago), KYW-TV and WPSG-TV (Philadelphia), KTVT-TV and KTXA-TV (Dallas-Ft. Worth), KPIX-TV and KBCW-TV (San Francisco), WBZ-TV and WSBK-TV (Boston), WUPA-TV (Atlanta), WWJ-TV and WKBD-TV (Detroit), KSTW-TV (Seattle), WTOG-TV (Tampa-St. Petersburg), WCCO-TV (Minneapolis), KCNC-TV (Denver), WFOR-TV and WBFS-TV (Miami), KOVR-TV and KMAX-TV (Sacramento), KDKA-TV and WPCW-TV (Pittsburgh), WJZ-TV (Baltimore), as well as WCCO-TV’s satellite stations KCCO-TV (Alexandria, Minn.) and KCCW-TV (Walker, Minn.).
This position reports to the Local Sales Manager. The purpose of the position is to partner with existing Account Executive to manage fulfillment of local client solutions.
Provide support to AE's on post-sale activity including campaign implementation, maintenance and review.
Constant communication with existing agency and direct client business. This responsibility includes maintenance of client schedules on television and online in addition to implementation of station projects and tent-pole events.
Works with AE's, Business Development Manager, Research Director and Creative Services to support client needs.
Attends sales meetings and training to obtain sales, product and strategy to articulate to client, when appropriate.
Collaborates with AE's in identifying new/incremental revenue as well as retention based upon campaign results.
Assists AE's with maintenance of contracts, generating avails, traffic, make-goods, collections and overall customer service.
Regular tracking of audience delivery and digital fulfillment. Communication of delivery to clients.
Coordinates with sales assistant to set up new customer accounts, contracts, order entry and revisions. Checks for accuracy.
Ability to make decisions and solve problems independently to support customer needs.

High School diploma/GED; College preferred
Minimum 1-2 years of client engagement and fulfillment in media.
Ability to work effective as part of a team.
Ability to manage stress well, and juggle multiple account challenges at once.
Must be extremely detailed oriented.
Creative and able to adapt quickly to change.
Must be fluent at: Microsoft Office including Excel/PowerPoint, SalesForce, Strata, Nielsen and Comscore.
