CBS Interactive is looking for a product analyst to join the CBS All Access growth team. This role will work closely with the Growth Product Manager to analyze A/B tests, outline testing tracking needs, and providing the larger product organization with actionable insights from experiments.
Assist in the design, implementation and development of A/B tests by identifying metrics to define success and ensuring they are properly tracked.
Analyze A/B tests to provide actionable insights to the product and marketing teams.
Create dashboards and visualizations to help track success with experiments over time.
Collaborate with product leads to create team-wide KPI dashboards related to growth features.
Work with data team to ensure accurate and understandable tracking is part of A/B testing across all platforms and territories.
Partner with product teams by proactively exploring user behavior data to identify levers for growth and testing opportunities.
Understand and interpret customer engagement, LTV and revenue growth models.
Work closely with CBS All Access product leadership to define, set and track performance.
Perform analyses to provide guidance on major product decisions and strategic questions facing the product team and broader industry.
What you bring to the team:
You have -
2+ years experience in data analysis at a start-up, consulting, or other relevant work background.
1+ year experience in product management, A/B testing and experimental design.
Familiarity with large data sets and tools to evaluate them.
Ability to analyze data and form a compelling story around it.
Experience with A/B testing solutions.
Proficiency in web analytics and video analytics (Adobe Analytics and/or other robust data solutions).
Adept with presentation tools and services (Google Docs, Tableau, Google Data Studio, Keynote, PowerPoint, etc.).
Nice to have: Familiarity with SQL and/or Python.
