Entertainment Tonight is launching an interactive streaming news network delivering celebrity, pop culture and lifestyle content and premium video. It will be available live and on-demand 24/7 via our app, on OTT, desktop, mobile and across social platforms. We strive to have our original reporting and exclusive access drive the conversation.

Role Details:

We are looking for an organized and resourceful Unit Manager to help manage our logistics, schedules, budgets and people. We are building a pioneering new digital network for launch and need to leverage our resources as efficiently as possible. The right candidate should have a background in office management, a working knowledge of live broadcast/digital production and be an exceptional problem solver with stellar communication skills.

Your Day-to-Day:

Maintain all staff and freelance scheduling, including sick/vacation requests

Work with remote finance team to manage unit accounting, including expensing, invoicing and setting/tracking budgets

Liaise with HR team to onboard new hires

Arrange and oversee contractors/vendors and maintain ongoing relationships

Organize field production logistics, including crew booking, site surveys, travel and permits/accreditation

QUALIFICATIONS:

What you bring to the team

Minimum 4 years of experience in office/production Management, including scheduling and accounting work

Working knowledge of data & asset management tool systems

Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed, including event coverage

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

You might also have -

Logistic experience in managing capital projects

History working in broadcast or digital production

Familiarity with IT systems, including networking concepts and language
