Field internal and external calls for VP of Facilities, Management, Maintenance and Work Requests
Coordinate business meetings and schedules accordingly for Operations
Create and process purchase requisitions
Coordinate additional administrative operations, assist (3) managers in daily operations, administration, billing, payroll, sourcing, and procurement for Facilities Operations
Schedule work requests and project management tasks and workflow for facilities administration and crews.
Bachelors degree or equivalent working experience in related environment.
Minimum 5 years working experience in related industries (facilities, property management, entertainment, film & television production) is preferred
Strong PC skills in a local area network environment with Windows, Excel, Word and Outlook is required
Understanding of accounting workflows, financial models, and analysis
Strong inter-personal skills - heavy client contact and interface with studio operating environments, executives, production companies, vendors, and construction & maintenance related fields
