Accountant supports three areas of the department: Payroll, Production Billing, and Asset Accounting. Responsible for drafting journal entries, reconciliation of the production billing system as well as Construction in Progress accounts, mailing and maintenance of client invoices, and gathering of capital project invoices.

  • Reconciliation of Production Billing subsystem journal entry output to G/L input feed.

  • Preparation and distribution of production invoices to internal and external clients.

  • Preparation and input of all internal and transfer journal entries to general ledger.

  • Assist Operations Payroll unit with processing of Broadcast Center and CSD remote union personnel payroll.

  • Maintenance of departmental records relating to capital projects and production invoicing.

  • Assist VP/Controller with departmental administrative functions.



  • BS in Accounting or in process of completion

  • Must have strong Excel skills and comfort using pivot tables and advanced formulas

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
