DESCRIPTION:

  • Monitoring and maintaining the Compliance email and telephonic accounts and the related Compliance log.

  • Conducting and/or supervising workplace investigations.

  • Develop, launch and conduct workplace training programs.

  • Revise, interpret and enforce company policies.

  • Assist Labor and Employment attorneys with NLRB, EEOC and DOL proceeding and labor arbitrations.

  • Draft employment contracts.

  • Preventive law. The successful candidate will spend considerable time dealing with policy matters, as well as advising operating management on compliance and labor and employment issues.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:

Candidates should be admitted to practice in New York and have a minimum of two years of relevant experience as a law firm associate or equivalent experience. Outstanding written and oral communication skills and investigative skills are essential.
