We are looking for an associate manager to support the centralized partnership team to drive awareness and daily engagement of the following streaming products, namely CBS All Access, CBSN and ET Live. We are looking for a team member who enjoys managing multiple relationships and who will help to plan, execute and monitor campaigns with platform partners such as Apple, Roku, Amazon, Samsung and Vizio. The ideal candidate will showcase creativity and efficiency to all operational elements of the marketing process and has a passion for the steaming media space.
Manage promotion across platform partners, keeping partners informed of content availability to secure strategic promotional opportunities for on-device, online, and in-store
Develop creative assets and manage asset delivery for platform partners, becoming expert and communicating best practices for on-platform creative
Collaborate with Partnership team to prospect, develop and execute new opportunities coming from Business Development, Ad Sales, and internal business units
Coordinate with internal project management, creative, content strategy, legal, and product teams to secure approvals and deliver on campaigns
Establish and maintain monthly and ad-hoc reporting for partner promotions
Support partner marketing campaigns for tentpole events, original series premieres and core network priorities across organic and paid channels for various platform partners in a cross-functional team
Assist with app store presence and optimization for mobile and OTT platforms
Develop performance review presentations to share with greater team, including key learnings and recommendations to help drive growth
What you bring to the team:
You have -
2+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, account management or related field
Experience in partnership, digital performance marketing and/or account management role
Excellent communication skills, effective in person, over email and on conference calls; can easily "run the meeting"
Experience developing proposals, creative assets, requiring strong attention to detail
Strong project management and interpersonal skills, with ability to take initiative in a challenging, fast-paced environment of multiple priorities
You might also have -
Experience working in news and/or entertainment industry
Business development background
Experience managing paid mobile and/or OTT campaigns
