3+ years of experience of product-driven software development using Java (we are totally open to more OR less than this for the right person. If the role sounds like a fit - please apply!)
In-depth knowledge of core Java concepts and experience using an RDBMS system
Experience writing code that is well-crafted and scalable
Experience with version control software (we use Git)
The ability to problem solve independently and in a team environment
The motivation to adapt to and eagerness to learn emerging technologies
The ability to play nicely with other humans (i.e. people skills)
You might also have:
Experience writing Spring / Spring Boot based applications
An keen interest in learning & using GraphQL
Familiarity with Linux
Some experience using Docker, Kubernetes, and working in AWS
Previous work experience in digital media, preferably at a media company (television, publishing, etc.)
