CBS Sports Network is searching for a motivated team member to join Operations as a Traffic Coordinator. This role is responsible for working closely with Traffic Management on the inputting of daily log schedules and formats for upcoming shows.
o Input daily log schedules and formats for upcoming shows
o Input all incoming instructions from advertising agencies for daily spots and keep commercial inventory
o Interact with multiple clients and teams; Advertising agencies, Advertising sales, Production, On-air Promotions and Broadcast Operations
o Perform live coverage and other duties as assigned
o Must be available during nights and weekends
o 1 - 3 years of Sales or Operations experience
o 2 years of Media experience
o Experience with Broadway, IBMS or other Traffic systems
o Ability to handle pressure and multiple assignments within strict deadlines
o Superior communication and organization skills
o Excellent computer skills
o Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
o Precise proofreading and attention to detail
o Strong multi-tasking skills
o Bachelor's degree
