The Executive Assistant will manage the day-to-day business activities of two Executive Vice Presidents, EVP, Network Sales and the EVP, Primetime Sales & Innovation. This role is a pivotal support position, as the Executive Assistant is the key liaison among staff members, the EVP’s and their external clients. In this role, the Executive Assistant will need to handle confidential information with discretion and utilize significant amounts of independent judgment. This position will require occasional backup to department President. Overtime will be required.
Organize and coordinate the daily calendar.
Answer Executive telephone lines.
Provide administrative support making travel arrangements and coordinating schedules.
Track expenses and prepare expense reports for reimbursement.
Enter weekly timesheets and coordinate Sales staff for final submission.
Receive and distribute incoming written communication and facilitate responses or actions as needed.
Manage department communication, scheduling and logistics for key internal events such
as management or staff meetings.
Manage communication, scheduling and logistics for key external events or client meetings.
Provide event support and planning which includes logistical research and planning, day-of support, and invoice/billing management.
Serve as the key point of contact for staff, vendors, facilities and IT.
ommunicate and oversee implementation of office operations, policies and procedures.
Maintain and update office phone list, email distribution lists, and other similar systems.
Support other functional areas and members of the organization’s leadership team with
special projects. May include: Special Events, Coordination of Charitable Contributions, Program Development, Finance or special programs.
Other administrative duties as needed.
Candidate should have at least 5 years' executive administrative experience that demonstrates an ability to carry out all office functions proficiently, including experience interfacing with senior management. Administrative experience in a sales organization within the entertainment industry is highly preferred.
Attentive and disciplined, with strong organizational and problem solving skills.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word.

Bachelor’s degree a plus
