Support the HR community as the key expert resource for pension research, as well as well-rounded exposure to 401(k), audit, HRIS and other HR areas.
Research all types of employee pension data: active and former employee data issues, legacy pension plan research, benefit calculations, reporting to VP, Global Retirement. Ensure proper compliance and data standards are maintained.
Provide support for defined contribution (401(k)) plan data issues, funding process and research.
Act as liaison between employee clients, HR support staff, Payroll and HRIS team members.
Support HRIS team for projects and input needs.
Provide additional support within the HR community for employee issues in any HR area.
Generate and post/distribute standard reports.
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant work experience
1-2 years pension/retirement experience preferred.
Working knowledge of Human Resources processes and transactions
Demonstrated Technical Skills: Proficiency with PC operation, web navigation, MS Word, and MS Excel required. Ability to learn new systems applications and maintain a variety of databases.
