Support the HR community as the key expert resource for pension research, as well as well-rounded exposure to 401(k), audit, HRIS and other HR areas.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Research all types of employee pension data: active and former employee data issues, legacy pension plan research, benefit calculations, reporting to VP, Global Retirement. Ensure proper compliance and data standards are maintained.

  • Provide support for defined contribution (401(k)) plan data issues, funding process and research.

  • Act as liaison between employee clients, HR support staff, Payroll and HRIS team members.

  • Support HRIS team for projects and input needs.

  • Provide additional support within the HR community for employee issues in any HR area.

  • Generate and post/distribute standard reports.


  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant work experience

  • 1-2 years pension/retirement experience preferred.

  • Working knowledge of Human Resources processes and transactions

  • Demonstrated Technical Skills: Proficiency with PC operation, web navigation, MS Word, and MS Excel required. Ability to learn new systems applications and maintain a variety of databases.

Must be able to adhere to constant schedule fluctuations and workflow deviations while prioritizing prior business commitments.

  • Must be a team player with good interpersonal verbal and written communication skills, and have the ability to interface with all levels of employees

  • Confidentiality: cognizant of restricting private and classified information across multiple divisions

  • Communication: Demonstrated ability to understand the comments and concerns of others and to reply to inquiries and relay process instructions clearly in both written and verbal formats.
