The Site Strategy team is seeking an Integrated Marketing Manager to join our Sales Communications group. Site Strategy is a part of the larger CBS Interactive Integrated Marketing team that oversees advertising solutions for the CBS portfolio of premium brands. Site Strategy's focus is to communicate and execute opportunities for Sales by proactively identifying and building revenue-driving packages/programs, executing sold programs and keeping an overall pulse on ad sales revenue for each business unit.
CBS Interactive is seeking an exceptionally strong communicator to join our growing Sales Communications group within the Integrated Marketing team. Sales Communications drives internal and external communication strategy for the digital Sales and Integrated Marketing group across the portfolio of CBSi brands. This crucial department is responsible for defining and communicating to Sales, and in turn, externally, who we are as an organization, what our unique value proposition is in the marketplace and what opportunities exist for clients to align with in order to satisfy their KPIs and drive their businesses forward. The Manager will work closely with the Senior Director and Director to conceptualize and execute all aspects of this role within the broader IM team. Sales Communications tactics the Manager will work on include a weekly newsletter, weekly trainings for Sales and various high-level presentations.
Conceptualizing, scheduling and spearheading execution of crucial weekly trainings for Sales, including ascertaining prioritization of available new packages and capabilities from throughout the portfolio and communicating them in engaging, memorable ways
Collaborating with Site Strategy leads, Client Solutions, Research, Ad Innovation, Design and others on creation, editing and sending of weekly newsletter to Sales on available new opportunities, news and wins from various key departments.
Maintaining organization and prioritization of all materials available to Sales via shared DocSend platform
Planning and executing monthly meetings for 90-person Integrated Marketing org, including sourcing materials, and guiding meeting structure and timing
Creation, execution, socialization and presentation of the annual CBSi Pre-Upfront Presentation
Creation and socialization of all collateral for CBSi’s presence and meetings at CES and Cannes Lions
What you bring to the team:
You have -
6-8 years of relevant work experience ideally for a related publisher.
Impeccable written and verbal communication skills. Capability to distill vast amounts of complicated information into concise, digestible, engaging copy. Strong, confident presentation skills.
Superb organizational skills
A solutions-oriented, positive attitude and a supremely collaborative spirit - willingness to pitch in whenever/wherever help is needed within the team and throughout the broader Sales/IM org
Capability to consistently hit deadlines, and juggle multiple projects with grace under time pressure
