DESCRIPTION:

CBS Sports Operations is currently seeking an Operations Coordinator to provide high-level administrative support to the EVP of Operations & Engineering and EVP of Technical Innovations. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, quick-thinking, flexible, and able to juggle a variety of diverse responsibilities with strong emphasis on organization and attention to detail at all times.

  • Word processing, formatting and updating of documents (e.g. contracts, reports, agendas)

  • Track and process invoices

  • Compile documents and book locations in preparation for meetings

  • Format and update weekend reports

  • Schedule meetings, maintain calendars and arrange conference calls

  • Make extensive travel arrangements

  • Create and process expense reports

  • Create and maintain department files (electronic files) and binders on a timely basis

  • Cover phones and/or duties for other assistants as needed

  • Support Department VP’s with travel as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 2016 including Outlook, Word and Excel & PowerPoint

  • Ability to compose correspondence - general letters, memos and emails

  • Must be detail-oriented and focused on accuracy

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with senior management and peers

  • A team player who can multitask within a fast-paced environment

  • Extremely well organized

  • Bachelor’s degree required
