Our Marketing, Distribution & Operations team within the CBS Digital Media group is charged with distribution and monetization of premium CBS content across the spectrum of digital partnerships and business models. These include our direct-to-consumer subscription service CBS All Access, ad-supported streaming across our CBS digital properties and CBS Audience Network partner sites such as YouTube, MSN and Yahoo, transactional digital storefronts such as iTunes and Amazon as well as digital MVPD products and partnerships.
We are a diverse and agile group that works in an exciting and fast-paced environment, working cross-functionally across different departments and partnering with multiple technology/distribution partners to ensure that we deliver CBS content to consumers, however and wherever they want to consume it.
We are looking for a partnership manager to join the CBS All Access Marketing team where you will work collaboratively with our platform partners, such as Apple, Google, Amazon, Roku, Microsoft and Playstation, to drive acquisition, and run point on marketing campaigns.
We are looking for a team member who enjoys managing multiple relationships and who will provide leadership, creativity and efficiency to all operational elements of the marketing process.
Work with external platform partners, to secure promotional opportunities for CBS All Access on-device, online, and in-store
Coordinate with internal project management, creative, content strategy, legal, and product teams to secure approvals and deliver on campaigns
Work on monthly volume forecast, reporting on variances and managing expenses for internal and external partners
Establish and maintain reporting for partner promotions, capturing and sharing live examples of promotions for wider team distribution
Serve as lead account manager for at least two of our platform partners, ensuring both organic and paid media campaigns launch successfully
Develop and maintain partner marketing calendar and reporting dashboard to track all programs across partners
Support launch of our Original series across all partners, including platform paid media buys, sampling opportunities and potential offline retail events
What you bring to the team:
Substantial experience in partnership, integrated marketing and/or account management role
Excellent communication skills, effective in person, over email and on conference calls; can easily "run the meeting"
Experience managing the development of creative assets, requiring strong attention to detail
Strong project management and interpersonal skills, with ability to take initiative in a challenging, fast-paced environment of multiple priorities
