The Senior Content Marketing Manager is responsible for editorial planning, executing, tracking and analyzing content vertical marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. He/She will work with other S&S stakeholders in each of the publishing imprints and the Digital Marketing team on a variety of book related projects to refine and adjust tactics as they relate to editorial content, performance and best practices. Responsibilities include: Execute on strategies for development and growth including; Develop and maintain ongoing content strategy for all corporate verticals; Manage campaigns from inception to execution and beyond including social outreach, sweeps and partnerships; Partner with in-house personnel to curate and select appropriate content for distinct audiences improving visibility of select titles, word of mouth and sales; Analyze and monitor performance metrics on newsletters, social posts and vertical posts; Manage internal communication between publishers and corporate marketing group; Grow newsletter subscriber database; Increase direct and retail referral revenue from verticals and newsletters; Improve engagement and grow traffic on social and vertical platforms; Meet regularly with various vertical stakeholders to analyze editorial content and performance, provide support for content selection, editorial strategies and best practices.
Previous experience in book publishing highly preferred.
