Showtime is looking for an exceptional Product Manager to join our Product team. We’re striving to define the future of television and are passionate about creating innovative experiences. In this role, you will oversee product management and redesign of an advertising-supported sports website with a thriving community. The position will require you to work closely with our design, editorial and engineering teams to explore ways to innovate on the user experience while staying true to the site’s core mission and dedicated user base. In this role, you will also help scale our efforts around sports-related product features within our SHOWTIME stand-alone streaming service and our Showtime Anytime TV Everywhere service across devices -- including web, mobile, smart TVs and game consoles.


  • Manage product evolution of a sports website

  • Oversee product management of existing site, including implementation of near-term maintenance backlog; set priorities, clarify requirements, remove blockers, and validate issues

  • Define and manage the product roadmap

  • Work with cross-functional team to design UX and technical improvements of the site; align with key stakeholders

  • Act as a liaison with Editorial, Marketing and Ad Operations

  • Interpret usage data and collaborate with business intelligence team to develop reports and presentations analyzing product usage

  • Collaborate with SEO team

  • Manage sports-related features in SHOWTIME and Showtime Anytime services

  • Think through the needs of the Showtime boxing fan and collaborate with our Sports and Event Programming group to deliver an innovative user experience across platforms that reflects the needs of the users, sports programming priorities and the standards and best practices of each platform

  • Craft detailed product requirements including user stories, functional specifications, user flows, and wireframes; collaborate with Product Management, Product Engineering and design team; aggregate themes from customer feedback, product data and industry trends to help determine the product roadmap for sports features and present recommendations for product enhancements



  • You have 2-3 years of product management experience working on sports and/or entertainment websites and applications for multiple platforms

  • You are an avid consumer of live sports with a deep understanding of the streaming video ecosystem and understand the needs of the sports consumer

  • You have an eye for detail and design and are enthusiastic about building intuitive user experiences

  • You are an expert in competitive products and industry trends and can communicate those trends to internal stakeholders

  • You analyze key metrics and make data-driven decisions

  • You have managed external vendors and/or remote development teams

  • You have superb written and verbal communication skills with both business and technical teams and thrive in a collaborative environment

  • You are a highly motivated self-starter who can overcome challenges and propose solutions

  • Experience with community management a plus
