DESCRIPTION:

We are searching for a person with 5+ years of live television experience that is proficient in the complete Adobe Suite. The ideal candidate will have a familiarity with On-Air graphics playback systems such as Chyron and VizRT, TV control as well as being able to collaborate with Producers and Directors to put the best product on air.

As Supervisor, this role will oversee a team of animation artists, including scheduling their shifts and managing workflows and project assignments.

  • Manage a team of artists to create all on-air graphics for CBS Sports Network programming

  • Hands on design and animation skills in the Adobe Suite

  • Effectively communicate graphic layouts and designs of artwork

  • Communicate and collaborate with the Production department regarding custom artwork

  • Coordinating project schedules and project workflow with the production departments while supporting upper management

  • Ensure project documentation of art specification and design administration

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of Television experience

  • Previous experience managing a team

  • Proficient in the Adobe Suite

  • Graphics environment

  • Familiarity with on-air graphics playback systems

  • Bachelor’s Degree
