This is an entry-level position in the Corporate Tax Department. The Tax Analyst will review and prepare federal, state and local tax returns as well as calculate GTD balances for tax accounting for one or more business units. The Tax Analyst will also review/prepare the quarterly estimated payments and the quarterly taxable income forecasts; and will assist in the calculation of the effective tax rate, deferred rate analysis and other tax accounting matters. The Tax Analyst will assist with the addressing of State and Local Tax Notices, which will entail communicating and writing responses to the various taxing jurisdictions. The position will report to a product line Tax Director.

Supervisory responsibilities include oversight of the tax interns. Candidates should have a working knowledge of the tax law and possess basic tax research skills.



  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

  • Advanced MS Excel skills

  • Possess project management skills

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong analytical skills

  • Able to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience in tax compliance (internship experience will be considered)

  • Masters degree in Taxation

  • CPA or parts passed

  • Experience with CorpTax software
