We’re looking to hire a Technical Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition Team in San Francisco, New York or Burbank. We are a group of engaged professionals who are passionate about attracting exceptional talent to the business. Assist Talent Recruiter with proactive sourcing and resume review for priority roles within Product, Tech and Design.
Proactively source key talent in the market through a variety of search methods (social media, internal database, job boards, networking, internet searches, company targets, referrals etc.)
Screen, interview, and recommend candidates for open roles.
Passionately educate, excite, and sell candidates on both the opportunity and on CBS Interactive.
Identify, plan, manage and attend internal and external networking events that will connect you directly with talent.
Learn the CBSi business and culture to make recommendations to attract and engage candidates.
Strategize "out of the box" ways to build a talent pool.
Create, execute, and track sourcing campaigns.
Build relationships with Hiring Managers, Recruiters and HR Business Partners.
Keep up-to-date with new recruiting methods; assist in developing a consistent corporate recruiting strategy.
Participate in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
3+ years of related work experience in a search firm or corporate recruiting environment with proven experience with candidate pipelining.
Working knowledge of various engineering, product, and design technologies.
Ability to thrive and achieve results in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting assigned deadlines.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle highly sensitive/confidential information.
Ability to demonstrate effective customer services skills.
Ensure compliance with hiring policies, practices and company values
A blend of start-up, agency, and corporate recruiting experience.
Knowledge of Avature CRM and ATS.
Experience building market maps of available talent.
