Customer service, order processing and coordination of media workflow, distribution, billing and invoicing. Direct customer contact or order fulfillment. Video and audio processing for distribution. Workorder creation and tracking. This is a temporary position with full time hours.
Process customer claims, handle invoices and financial records.
Reconciliation of purchase orders, services and rates.
Validation of services rendered before invoicing.
Generate, edit and review monthly billing statements.
Validate incoming invoices for payment.
Manage complex data spreadsheets and systems.
Work with internal and external clients for end-to-end order fulfillment.
Math skills, accountancy knowledge and ease of use with most computer software is a requirement.
A Bachelor's Degree in finance or accounting is preferred, along with a background in media distribution.
