This position will report to the SVP, Finance and Treasurer and will be responsible for all of global real estate for the company, including leases, acquisition and divestitures. This position will oversee a group of 4 people located in New York and Los Angeles. The person will be expected to partner with business unit executives to ensure that their real estate needs are fully supported. Additionally, this person will be key contact with the outside broker community.

Job Description

  • Work with senior management and business unit managements to develop regional, national and international strategies to support the needs of the business units in a cost effective manner

  • Manage the execution of the real estate strategies throughout the company

  • Oversee negotiations for all real estate properties, included leases, sales and acquisitions

  • Review real estate portfolios during acquisition due diligence and oversee integration with acquired companies

  • Other duties as assigned


Required Skills/Experience

  • Minimum of 10 years in a corporate real estate role, including management responsibility

    • Strong understanding of the New York and Los Angeles real estate markets
  • Substantial global real estate transaction experience across acquisitions, dispositions and leases with extensive experience in the New York and Los Angeles real estate markets

  • Superior negotiation skills

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Ability to travel up to 25%, including internationally
