We’re looking to hire a prolific, Associate Talent Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition Team in San Francisco. We are a group of engaged professionals who are passionate about attracting exceptional talent to the business. Currently in a period of growth and transformation, we are actively seeking to bring in a new team member who thrives in a high-tech, friendly, and collaborative environment, and who will help us continue our evolution as a world-class talent acquisition function.

Role Details:

The Associate Sourcer will assist with identifying and attracting top-tier candidates and building and maintaining a comprehensive candidate pipeline that addresses the needs of the business and ensure a positive and efficient experience for prospective candidates.

Your Day-to-Day:

  • You will be responsible for building a pipeline of talent for hard to fill roles and owning full-cycle recruitment for entry-level roles within client services.

  • Proactively identify candidates by utilizing multiple recruiting strategies; sharing top talent across the portfolio, effectively communicating the recruiting process to partners, attending industry and diversity-related events.

  • Proactively source, screen, interview, slate and recommend candidates for open roles and effectively sell key talent on opportunities.

  • Identify and implement sourcing strategies that will drive talent to open positions and create a robust pipeline at all levels inclusive of diversity.

  • Leverage high level communications skills with hiring team throughout the recruiting lifecycle to provide information on the recruitment market place, gain a better understanding of talent pool and to set realistic expectations.

  • Develop and execute a recruitment strategy by sourcing passive candidates through name generation research, relationship building, complex internet searches, existing talent pool database searching, and research.

  • Identify, plan, manage and attend internal and external networking events that will connect you directly with talent.

  • Build relationships with Hiring Managers, Recruiters and HR Business Partners

  • Keep up-to-date with new recruiting methods; assist in developing a consistent corporate recruiting strategy

  • Participate in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.


What you bring to the team:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent training and experience

  • At least 2 years of related work experience in a search firm or corporate recruiting environment with proven experience with candidate pipelining.

  • Able to thrive and achieve results in a fast-paced, evolving environment

  • Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing.

  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.

  • Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting assigned deadlines.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle highly sensitive/confidential information.

  • Ability to demonstrate effective customer services skills.

  • Ensure compliance with hiring policies, practices and company values

You may also have:

  • Blend of start-up, agency and corporate recruiting experience
