We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive rock star candidate to be the Executive Assistant for SVP of Sales and provide administrative support to the Sales management staff and Account Executives. The ideal candidate will be energetic with strong multi-tasking capability. You are known for your trustworthiness, organization, and dependability. Everyone will recognize you as the prime go-to-person for administrative responsibilities. You understand the importance of strong customer service and have demonstrated the ability to exercise a degree of discretion judgment. You must be comfortable dealing with a large range of internal and external high-level managers, executives, organizations and confidential data. The successful CBS Interactive executive assistant will be resourceful, dynamic, insightful and forward thinking.
Calendar management - Manage SVP’s calendar and proactively prioritize conflicting needs.
Track, follow and make recommendations as needed regarding appropriate action, follow up, and due dates.
Process and manage all expense reports for executives.
Managing executives extensive travel schedule, proactively confirming travel plans.
Office supply orders
Participate in and help with departmental activities
Meet & greet visitors
What you bring to the team:
You have -
Associate's degree or equivalent training and experience
1+ years administrative experience
Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.
Team player - energetic, enthusiastic and personable, and outgoing
Technically savvy professional with some media or technology background.
Excellent knowledge of Google Docs
Expert level communication skills, both written, verbal and on the telephone.
Proven time management and organizational skills and an exceptional ability to pay attention to detail in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment
Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills as well as a professional demeanor while communicating effectively with all levels of management.
Expert in working both in a team environment and independently.
Proven ability to take initiative and think and plan ahead
A "can do" attitude and the willingness to perform a wide variety of tasks required to meet the daily demands of the business
