The Experiential Marketing Intern will be a part of the CBSi Marketing team. The intern will be working alongside a dynamic group of marketers who work on a robust schedule of experiential brand activations and brand marketing strategies. The intern's responsibilities will include venue scouting, meeting notes, crafting agendas, analyzing budgets, contracts and much more. Additionally, they will help execute event tactics to reach the teams goals.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Crafting agendas and meeting notes

  • Assisting with post event analysis (social media campaigns, partnering with production vendors, analyzing contracts, defining KPI's, measuring engagement, and integrating sponsors)

  • Organizing and venue scouting for key markets

  • Promotional product scouting and creation

  • Opportunity to assist with creation of sales hospitality processes/templates

  • Fall Event Roster AdWeek & NY Comic Con Prep for Consumer Electronics Show & Grammy's


  • Time commitment: part-time, 20 hours per week during our regular office hours (Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm) but times may vary per team

  • This is a paid internship and can also be for university credit if it meets your university's guidelines


What We're Looking For:

  • Highly detail oriented

  • Excellent written communication skills

  • Deadline focused

  • Proficient at using the Google Suite

Additional Requirements:

  • Intern must be a student currently enrolled in an accredited college or university

  • Must be at least 18 years old
