Responsible for assessing the credit risk of new clients, both domestic and international, by analyzing financial statements, credit bureau reports and various other sources of information

  • Build and maintain relationships with global clients, sales departments, executives, Business Affairs, and other finance and accounting staff to:

  • Collections of accounts receivable

  • Resolve disputes with global clients regarding billing, payments, etc.

  • Month-end reporting

  • Perform reconciliations

  • Understand and suggest improvements on daily business processes while improving internal controls

  • Knowledge of letters of credit involving international banks is preferred, but not mandatory

  • Ability to research and problem solve independently but also work with larger group on a daily basis

  • Provide monthly forecasts of cash receipts

  • Prepare ad hoc projects for management


  • Bachelor’s degree required (accounting, finance or business)

  • Proficient in Excel, Outlook

  • IBM Cognos knowledge preferred, but not mandatory

  • 4 - 5 years of corporate finance and accounting experience, credit and collections experience preferred

  • Entertainment/Media experience preferred, but not mandatory
