Provide administrative support to Manager, Rights & Clearances and Manager, Contract/Cost Analysis.
Calendar management, fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, Xeroxing, emailing, and faxing.
Develop, maintain and update research documents and the archive filing system used by the department. Retrieve files and information from files when needed.
Research and respond to footage requests in the form of calls and emails sent to the department. Data entry of footage requests into computer program used to track requests received.
Draft correspondence pertaining to requests received such as license agreement cover letters, executed license agreement cover letters and decline letters. Perform other duties as assigned, including ad hoc departmental projects.
College degree or equivalent work experience in related environment.
Strong PC skills with Excel, Word, Access and Outlook.
Knowledge of current and past television and film properties.
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
Organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritize work in order to meet deadlines.
