  • Assemble documents, maintain financial system databases and organize filing systems for customers, vendors, CBS jobs/events and other non-CBS events.

  • Print Purchase Orders from the financial system and proof them for required elements; work with issuing departments to make necessary changes.

  • Attend physical counts of studio assets and report results to management.

  • Assist with Account Receivable-related functions as directed by the Accounting Analyst (i.e. request updated Certificates of Insurance/Credit Information from customers).

  • Coordinate with Accounts Payable to print and mail checks; match voucher packages to the check register.

  • Administer system for tracking employee-held assets.

  • Purchase supplies for the Accounting Department (includes ordering, receiving and distribution).

  • Coordinate repairs & maintenance requests for the Accounting Department.

  • Perform support functions for all Accounting areas (i.e. scanning documents, mailing invoices).

  • Maintain Accounting Department common areas (office supplies closet, kitchen, copy room).

  • Perform administrative duties including, but not limited to, reception, filing, correspondence and mail distribution.


  • Four year college degree preferred or equivalent working experience.

  • Must have strong computer skills on IBM/PC in a local area network environment.

  • Must have extensive experience using Excel and Word.

  • Strong interpersonal skills required due to client contact and interaction with all levels of studio personnel.

  • Must be organized and accurate.

  • Must be attentive to the time-sensitive nature of work being performed.

  • Must be results-oriented, multi-task, and able to handle prolonged projects.
