  • Act as primary liaison for Page and audience services to productions as CBS Studio Center

  • Develop plans with production staff to carry out specific requirements

  • Manage 25 Pages - scheduling, performance management, coordination, onboarding and training

  • Maintain relationships with production clients

  • Liaise with outside audience management companies

  • Communicate with visiting audience members and guests to ensure a positive and professional experience

  • Closely monitor guest experience and arrange accommodations for guests with disabilities

  • Ensure CBS policies and security procedures are enforced

  • Manage uniform purchasing and updates

    • Implement Page development and training initiatives


  • Experience in television production is required

  • Experience managing and developing employees

  • Strong communication skills

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Ability to maintain a professional and tactful demeanor at all times

  • Ability to streamline procedures for efficiency in a fast-paced environment

  • Available to work a flexible schedule including some weekends

  • Ability to stand for long periods of time

  • Ability to walk long distances

  • Ability to lift up to 10 pounds

  • Ability to perform duties in a variety of stage environments

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
